Delivery and Returns

We ( ship our most of products around the world via UPS. The cost of shipping you have to pay depends on your total purchase amount and your country. Once your package is picked up by UPS, you will receive an email with shipping information sent by the UPS system. If we need to ship your package by using other shipping company, our customer service will contact you to provide shipping information.

Shipping cost and delivery time
Orders are shipped on business days. Holidays in your country might cause shipping delays. Delivery time and shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice. NAKNAK products are all shipped from our warehouse in Taiwan.

Customs and import charges
Orders in Taiwan are not subject to taxes and duties. Local customs and VAT/sales tax will be charged when shipping outside Taiwan. You might be charged for item values and shipping cost. The total charges will be invoiced to you directly from UPS or other shipping companies. We suggest that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost prior to complete your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The product is in its original packaging

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from NAKNAK.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
