Can I process to checkout if I don’t have a paypal account?
Yes , you can . We use PayPal Website Payments Standard to accept debit cards, credit cards and bank account payments - all through one provider. We keep looking for better solutions to allow you to pay on our website.


Shipping
What countries do you ship to? Do you ship to my country?
We ship most of our products around the world via UPS. The cost of shipping you have to pay depends on your total purchase amount and your country. Please see the delivery and returns to get the latest information.


What’s the total cost when shopping on the website?
We are sorry that we can only calculate the item price and shipping cost for you. You might be charged customs or import duties in your country. Because customs policies is widely different in each country, we have no list of charges and cannot inform you what they will be. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office before placing the orders.


How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, if the order has not been sent from our warehouse in Taiwan. Please send us an e-mail at service@naknakdesign.com

What do I do to return products?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before you send the product:

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.


To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:


- The product was purchased in the last 15 days
- The product is in its original packaging   
- The product isn't used or damaged
